We are grateful for our current health and well-being, particularly during this COVID-19 period. Hopefully, we are taking extra precautions for our physical health. May each of us remember the Truth of our being: we are already whole, complete and perfect, as spiritual beings. Remembering that God is our constant Source of absolute good, we remain calm and centered in this Truth. As we pray and meditation, we establish a consciousness of connection and oneness with God and with others. During this period, we are asked to align our hearts and minds with an attitude of kindness, patience, and the realization that this too shall pass. We keep the high watch for ourselves, our families, our neighbors, our communities, our nation and our world. We choose to be the light for all to see their own light, more clearly.
